Process of Counselling: -
For entry into its science undergraduate programs, IISER (Indian
Institutes of Science Education and Research) administers an aptitude exam. The
following steps make up the IISER aptitude test counselling process:
·
Applicants
who pass the aptitude exam must register online in order to participate in the
counselling process.
·
Filling
Out Choices: Applicants must indicate which courses and IISERs they are
interested in.
·
Seat
Allocation: Candidates will be assigned seats based on their performance on the
aptitude test, as well as their selection of courses and IISERs.
·
Payment of
Fees: Applicants who receive seats must pay the entrance fees in accordance
with the IISER's individual pricing schedule.
·
Reporting
to the Institute: In order to complete the admissions procedure, candidates
must arrive at the designated IISER on the designated date and time with all
required documentation.
Candidates should maintain track of the counselling timetable because
any delays or failures to finish the process could result in the admission
being revoked. It's also a good idea to have all the required paperwork on hand
to prevent any delays with the admissions process.
